PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY – BY MAKING A PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Purpose of the videos
These videos are owned by Rachel Watson, known as Rachel Cassandra, and are intended for personal viewing and instruction use only.
2. Intellectual Property Right
Unless otherwise expressly stated all copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, service marks and other intellectual property or proprietary rights in the contents (including but not limited to all information, text, sound, music, software, photograph, videos, graphics, data messages and materials) in the videos belong to Rachel Watson
a. You will be given access to the videos via downloadable files on Google Drive. You may use them on your personal devices but may not copy or reproduce any of content or design elements for any other purpose without the express written permission of Rachel Watson.
b. This content may not be uploaded to the Internet or otherwise distributed.
c. No license or right is granted to you and your access to Rachel Watson’s videos should not be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels or otherwise, any license or right to use the text, sound, music, photograph, videos, graphics, or derived materials without Rachel Watson’s prior written consent.
3. Disclaimers
a. While care has been taken to present accurate and up to date information, Rachel Watson does not accept legal responsibility for any errors, omissions or misleading statements nor for the results of any action takes as a result of viewing the content of these videos. Viewers are responsible for their health and safety.
b. Reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent viruses and other malicious programs from infecting the video content, but Rachel Watson cannot accept any liability for loss or damage resulting from computer or other equipment, software or data becoming infected or corrupted on account of your access to or use of any video downloads.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed through Paypal before the video download access will be granted. No returns or cancellations of payment can be accepted at this time. Your payment is final. You will have one week to download the files from Google Drive to the device of your choice, unless otherwise negotiated. Continued online access to the video files is not part of this agreement.
